Born From a Passion for Classic Vehicles.


Custom Classic Components was founded by enthusiasts who knew the frustration all too well — spending months hunting for a discontinued trim piece, a cracked interior fitting, or a mechanical bracket that the last supplier stopped stocking years ago. We've torn apart online forums, called every parts dealer, and come away empty-handed. That experience is what drove us to build something better.

We saw advanced 3D printing not as a novelty, but as a serious manufacturing solution — one capable of reproducing hard-to-find components with the dimensional accuracy and material integrity needed to actually do the job. The result is parts that match or exceed original specification, brought back into existence from nothing more than a worn original, a photograph, or a technical drawing.

Founded by classic car enthusiast Adam Gambrill, the business was born from a frustration shared by many restorers and collectors. Too often, rare parts are impossible to source, original components become brittle with age, or aftermarket replacements simply don't fit as they should. Rather than accepting compromise, Adam set out to find a better solution.


Our mission is straightforward: keep classic vehicles on the road. We supply the parts that the original manufacturers no longer make, reverse-engineered and produced in the UK to the highest possible standard. Every component we make is a small act of preservation — and we wouldn't have it any other way.

No part ships from Custom Classic Components without passing a multi-stage inspection process. From material selection through to dimensional accuracy and physical fit verification, quality is built into every step of production — not added at the end.

Material Selection

The correct engineering-grade material is chosen for each part based on its function, location on the vehicle, and any heat, chemical, or load requirements. No generic defaults — every material choice is deliberate.

Precision Printing

Parts are produced on calibrated industrial 3D printing equipment. Print parameters are set and checked per part type to ensure layer adhesion, wall thickness, and structural integrity meet specification.

Dimensional Accuracy Check

Every finished component is measured against its CAD reference dimensions. Tolerances are verified to confirm the part will fit correctly in its intended location without modification.

Fit Verification & Dispatch

Where possible, parts are test-fitted or cross-referenced against reference originals before packaging. Only components that pass all checks are packaged and dispatched to the customer.
